Referee Rules
The Referee rules are likely to be fragmentary, because I wrote this game for myself to run. I’m building on a base of experience running Blades in the Dark, a handful of OSR games, and games like Fellowship 2e or Armour Astir. You may have different influences and therefore make different decisions.
